LaGrange, IL (February 28, 2019) . . . iD Additives, Inc., a leading North American supplier of additives including foaming agents, purging compounds and liquid color and additive systems to the plastics industry, has introduced a new system for removing rust from internal cooling passages. The system is ideal for use with the company’s recently introduced rust removal and preventative product, iD Eco-Pro 360, that provides fast, eco-friendly rust removal on injection molds, blown film dies, and other products. It can also be used with other liquid cleaning agents.
The new iD Eco-Pro 360 Cart is a pump and filter combination unit. It removes, protects, and helps prevent rust within cooling passages, heat exchangers, and water lines. The built-in filter function allows the Eco-Pro 360 solution to remain at peak performance for optimal reusability.

The new unit is designed to work with iD Eco-Pro 360, which was recently introduced by iD Additives, but is also compatible with other cleaning products. iD Eco-Pro 360 is a green, water-based, environmentally safe, EPA tested and verified product that is fast and highly effective method at removing rust. The product is non-hazardous, non-aerosol, and non-flammable.
